Our values are: We Care, We Respect, We are Inclusive - so we are looking for people who live and breathe these qualities when supporting service users and carers, and in their relationships with colleagues in the Trust and our partner organisations., As an Assistant Psychologist you will contribute to the service by conducting 1:1 therapeutic interventions, carry out cognitive assessments and clinical assessments under supervision. You will contribute to case discussion and formulation, carry out patient observations in various settings, collect and analyse data, prepare reports, have involvement with team developments and deliver training.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised psychology graduate with some relevant experience working with young people and families, who works well within different systems, demonstrates high level written and verbal communication skills and will be keen to use supervision and training to develop assessment and clinical skills.
