Full Job Description

You will be responsible for general administrative tasks supporting the team to ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. This will involve operating Microsoft Office, Excel and other software systems to a high level and interaction with multiple members within the team.

Typical duties will include

Supporting the project workload of our commercial team, the role will include:

  • Project filing

  • Airside delivery bookings

  • Revising trackers

  • Working with GDPR sensitive information

  • Supporting with gaining access to safety critical areas

  • Materials ordering

  • Allocation sheets and timesheets

  • Training/labour coordination

  • Assisting with some tender/bid enquiries

  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of accurate monthly Contract Status Reports, including detailed forecast estimates.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the workforce, sub-contractors, staff, line managers and client's representatives.

  • Assist senior managers in the compilation of monthly commercial and factual reports.

  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of monthly cash-flow forecasts.


  • You may be required to perform other Duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Contracts Managers.

  • Some proven experience in an office-based role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Full Clean Driving License is beneficial
