Were looking for driven Assistant Quantity Surveyors to join two of our new exciting estate redevelopment projects.
Barnsbury Estate, a JV with our partner Newlon, based in Islington and just a stone's throw from Kings Cross is currently in preconstruction and over the next 10 years we aim to deliver 900+ homes, two new parks, new streets including pedestrianised mews streets, and a community centre for all ages to enjoy. Phase 1 is set to commence piling at the end of 2025 meaning you'll have the unique opportunity to join a scheme right from the beginning of construction.
Friars Close is a 149 home JV with our longstanding partner, Riverside minutes away from Blackfriars and Southwark stations on the South Bank. Spread across two blocks up to 21 storeys tall and featuring a gym (and al fresco ice bath!), residents lounge and concierge, we are set to commence construction in mid 2025.
You'll play a key role in procuring Subcontractor packages and managing the administration of those same packages . You will support in the drafting of the monthly Cost Reports, by producing package statements for your Subcontractor accounts. Of course, well train you on our PO systems (PayApps/4PS) to help get you up to speed quickly. Youll excel at building strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors alike.
