You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team on prestigious projects, gaining exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,
- Assist in preparing cost plans, valuations, and project budgets.
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages, negotiating contracts and ensuring value for money.
- Monitor and control project costs, maintaining financial efficiency.
- Prepare payment applications and process subcontractor payments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Ideally, a few years of post-degree experience in Quantity Surveying, though applicants in their final year of university will also be considered. - Personable, dedicated, and capable of working effectively within a small, successful team.
- Strong IT, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships.
- A full driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
