Become a Rising Star in Luxury Mansion Development: Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of exclusive projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with the preparation of detailed cost plans and budgets for high-value residential projects.
Producing accurate and timely cost reports and valuations.
Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
Assisting in the procurement process, including tendering and sub-contractor selection.
Managing variations and claims.
Preparing and analysing post-project cost reports.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost management processes.

Specialising in creating exceptional, bespoke residences that redefine luxury living, they are looking for someone who shares their passion for excellence., A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. (Newly qualified candidates with exceptional aptitude will also be considered).
A strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
Proficient in the use of relevant software, including MS Office Suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
