Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Reservations Manager to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). You will be responsible for managing the reservations process and operation, as well as coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality guest service and meet financial targets. The Assistant Reservations Manager oversees all reservation bookings. Including day-to-day operations, and is also an ambassador for the Soho House brand, fully embraces our ethos, supports staff, member and guest experience.   • Liaising with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions
  • Consistent communication with revenue manager and the House Manager in order to remain transparent with revenue strategy
  • Continually update and review the in-house reservations systems to ensure streamlined and cohesive information
  • Manage the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department
  • Manage Room Yielding opportunities across the financial year to ensure we make business savvy decisions to elevate our KPI's in room revenue each quarter
  • Encourage continuous improvement within your team, through training and development and understanding the wider business
  • Manage the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department
  • To demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Hotel systems to include and not limited to Opera ORS, Opera PMS, CRM, etc

    A successful Assistant Reservations Manager for Soho House will ideally have 1-3years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service in a similar role. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
