Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Food & Beverage operation in the day to day running of our Restaurant, indoor and outdoor function spaces, Dining Domes and wonderful terrace.
  • This would be an hours as required up to 45 hours per week at 28,000 FTE plus service charge
  • Managing a team of engaged individuals working a long side our senior restaurant team in our busy restaurnant and winter terrace including cross training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent
  • Focus on the experience, whether that be your team members or our guests, we want everyone to return with a smile and a little splash of zest
  • With your experience and high levels of communication skills, passion for the ultimate guest experience and potential for managing the team effectively, you will be instrumental in laying a 'path of success' for our restaurant team
  • Take pride in setting and maintaining the recognised standards in the restaurant while looking after your guests and supporting team training on the service journey and ensuring industry and legal standards are fulfilled for health and safety and allergen awareness
  • Assist in managing the menu, ensuring team members are well-informed about dishes, ingredients, and specials
  • Manage reservations using Resdiary, process walk-in guests, and assist with event bookings and show rounds
  • Use of Micros through service and updating tills using management software ensuring this remains accurate at all times
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all Fourth platform administration
  • Responsibility for ordering of restaurant suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the operation while ensuring this is communicated so over ordering, or running out, of stock is prevented
