Full Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be part of our Fountain Brasserie team in our beautiful Woodcote Park Clubhouse. You will be responsible to lead the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge team in order to create and deliver a dining experience that is memorable and leaves members feeling highly satisfied. You will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant and will be responsible to recruit, train and performance manage the team.,

  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Budget planning and monitoring
  • Numerical skills and experience of cash handling

    Previous experience working in a similar environment
  • Management and Leadership skills
  • Intermediate Food hygiene
  • Awareness of Licencing laws
