Full Job Description

Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant SENCO who will work under the direction of our SENCO. You will assist with administration tasks as well as supporting to raise levels of achievement for all learners, particularly those with SEND needs The Assistant SENCO is expected to show a high level of commitment to the school and to offer positive support for its vision and values. You will be providing support by promoting high quality teaching, effective use of resources and high standards of learning to help raise the achievement, aspirations, and engagement of students with SEND whilst promoting the partnership between the school, the student and their families.     Experience of working with children and young people with additional needs.
