Our innovative and highly successful Neurodiversity and Hidden Differences (ND/HD) Department is in an exciting period as it expands to meet the challenges of providing an inclusive and dynamic experience for all pupils. As Assistant SENDCo you will be responsible for helping the Head of Neurodiversity/SENCO in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring that barriers to learning are identified and managed effectively, where you will assess needs, monitor teaching methods and student achievement, record progress and track interventions.
