Full Job Description

Myerscough College Farms are looking for someone passionate about agriculture to join our team!

On a busy mixed farm with 180 dairy cows, 200 beef cattle and 1200 ewes, you will demonstrate commercial farming to a range of learners. As part of a large team, you will be involved in a range of jobs across all the livestock enterprises and have the opportunity to develop your skills.

As a team member there will be a focus on completing tasks under the direction of the Head Shepherd and general farm work across the Dairy, Beef, Calves and Machinery Operations.

They will be flexible to move between Dairy, Red Meat, Machinery and student activities. Accommodation is available, and we're open to candidates interested in either full-time or part-time roles, including job share options. Please note that College Farms' needs will be the primary focus.

Our farm staff enjoy alternate weekends off, which includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
