What You'll Do:

Lead the shop in the Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards for our customers and volunteers.
Oversee donations, pricing, and merchandise display to maximise sales.
Support and empower our incredible team of volunteers.
Flexibility to assist in other shop locations and duties as needed.
