Assistant Shop Manager - Woodbridge (up to 24 hours per week)

You will be responsible for supporting the Shop Manager in the day-to-day management of the shop; generating donations; display and merchandising; managing stock deliveries and collections; record keeping; cash handling and crucially, recruiting, training, motivating, managing and supporting a loyal and committed team of volunteers.

  With a salary of £23,400 pro rata per annum (equivalent of £12.00 per hour), this position is working up to 24 hours per week on either an 8,16 or 24 hours a week basis (please state your preference at the point of application). As Woodgreen Charity Shops are open every day to include weekends and Bank Holidays it's important to note that your rota may incorporate these days. This competitive salary will be complemented by;
