Full Job Description

As a Site Admin Assistant you will be based at our site in Prudhoe, Northumberland. This is a permanent part-time (Mon-Fri) up to 30hrs per week.   • You will work closely with managers and employees on communication activities utilizing our internal online platforms as well on a face-face basis
  • Liaise closely with the UK&ROI communications team to ensure all staff at Prudhoe are informed of group news and activities
  • Co-ordinate the employee forum meetings, including taking and distributing minutes
  • You will work in partnership with our external PR contact to oversee all community communication and manage the long-established relationships in the local community
  • Carrying out general administration responsibilities including diaries and meeting coordination, updating reports and purchase order raising
  • Co-ordinate all site visits
  • Supporting with any appropriate administration of site events

    Proven experience as an Administrator/PA with exceptional administrative skills
  • Self-motivated; able to work on own initiative to achieve work objectives
  • Has a systemic approach to work with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good understanding of computer applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as online platforms
  • Conscientious and professional, maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively and adapt to changing work demands
  • Able to communicate at all levels of the business verbally and in writing
