Assistant Spa Manager

The Cove Spa will offer a range of wellness experiences, including 9 heat experiences, a relaxation room, a dedicated nail bar, and four treatment rooms. As Assistant Spa Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the team, recruiting new members when needed, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional treatments and experiences. You will oversee the spa environment and manage the treatment diary to ensure that guests make the most of our facilities.,

• Lead, manage, and develop the spa team, ensuring the highest standard of service.
• Recruit new team members as necessary to maintain the spa's operation.
• Oversee the spa environment and treatment schedules to optimise guest experiences.
• Contribute to setting sales targets and ensuring the spa meets its financial goals.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic approach to customer satisfaction.

Due to open in early 2025, our new state-of-the-art centre will feature a Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25m swimming pool, a 20m learner pool, and a high-tech gym and wellness space.
