Assistant Store Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Assistant Manager at AFGolf Store in Northamptonshire. The AM will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the running of the store. This includes stock control, staff training, merchandising, golf club fitting. They will work closely with customers to find the best clubs that suit their game and ensure their staff are providing great service to all customers. The AM will lead the store to targets and KPis in the Store Managers absence.

Experience in Management at some level

Passion for achieving Targets and KPis

Knowledge of golf club technology and specifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Customer service-oriented

Passion for golf and knowledge of golf equipment,

• Golf Retail: 2 years (required)


• Golf Custom Fitting: 2 years (preferred)


• Management: 1 year (required)
