Full Job Description

Are you looking to use your retail experience to make a real difference? We are looking for a dynamic assistant store manager to join our retail team.

You will be an experienced assistant manager or team leader with at least 1 year managerial experience.

You will be highly motivated, strong leadership skills, adaptable and organise your time and people effectively. Able to respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.

You will also need to have a creative and enthusiastic approach that enables you to maximise the potential of sales within the store.

You will have:

Leadership qualities and experience

Ability to adapt to work with different teams

Strong drive to achieve results and a can-do attitude.

Ability to delegate, coach and listen.

Commercial awareness

Enjoys working with people and has a friendly approachable manner.

IT, Literacy and numerous skills

Ability to establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising.

Manage time under conflicting priorities.
