As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations while contributing to the store's success through sales, customer experience, and team management., Assist in managing store operations and staff performance.
-Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
-Help implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
-Support visual merchandising and inventory management.
-Act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to motivate and lead a team.
-Passion for menswear and a keen eye for fashion.

A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
