- Proactively ensure the store operates efficiently, leaving every customer satisfied with their experience
- Lead, motivate, and delegate tasks within the team
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Coach, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and enhance profitability
- Assist in training new team members, welcoming them into our vibrant team culture
