Full Job Description
As a Assistant Supervisor, you will help manage the day to day running of our Outbound shift. Ensuring all customer orders are met maximizing efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for making sure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly. All stock is claimed and put away in line with KPIs Provide leadership and operate as a role model, offering mentoring, training and motivating small teams of logistics operators Key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor staff working hours and manage attendance effectively and in line with our policies.
- Follow company procedures, ensuring that best practices are observed, and safe systems of work are being followed at all times.
- Motivate and focus staff to achieve set targets and a high quality service to our customers.
- Continually look to learn from best practice within and outside of Kramp and translate this into a clear action plan for the team. - Previous Logistics supervisory experience.
