- Enthusiasm to learn - if don't have the experience just yet, we will enrol you onto our in-house training programme., + Maths and English at Grade C/ level 4 + Have an aptitude for practical work + Be able to work methodically and accurately + Perform effectively under pressure + Have an excellent attention to detail + Good communication skills + Effective time management skills + Ability to work in a team environment or alone
