Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of goods. The Warehouse Assistant Manager will work closely with the warehouse manager to maintain inventory accuracy, supervise staff, and optimize warehouse procedures.

• Duties:


- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits

- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and shipments

- Coordinate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes

- Monitor shipping and receiving activities to maintain accuracy and timeliness

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations

- Familiarity with AS400 system for inventory tracking

- Proficient in forklift operation and safety protocols

- Assist in profit loss analysis and cost-saving strategies

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS)

- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements

- Knowledge of AS400 system is a plus

- Forklift certification preferred

- Russian or Polish Language would be an advantage as we hire a number of Ukranian refugees.,
