  • have qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
  • have 2-3 years of post-qualification experience working within the Employment department of a City or International law firm or reputable employment practice.
  • have proven technical legal skills in corporate transactions, ideally in one or more of our relevant industry sectors.
  • have a strong, well-rounded, HR Advisory background.
  • enjoy direct client contact and building client relationships.
  • are proactive with a positive attitude.
  • have a hands-on, flexible approach to providing high quality client service.
  • are fully involved and engaged in business development initiatives.
