Full Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee one or more national or local accounts. This role is pivotal in managing the portfolio to meet both client and company objectives. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and accurate communication, and supporting the integration of our service platform. Financial management is essential, and you will ensure that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied.,

  • Lead market operations and implement business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and relationships with clients.
  • Ensure proactive customer service and address any performance issues promptly.
  • Regularly interact with tenants and address any operational concerns.
  • Coordinate reports, budgets, and documents in line with client agreements.
  • Oversee compliance with budgets, property taxes, and insurance requirements.
  • Manage billing processes and monitor cash flow efficiently.
  • Coordinate construction projects and approve related documentation.
  • Provide staff development, succession planning, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Analyse staffing needs and oversee training and career development.

    Leadership Skills
  • Communication Proficiency (oral/written)
  • Customer/Client Focus (internal/external)
  • Time Management Skills, Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a senior leadership role.
