Full Job Description

Peloton is searching for an enthusiastic and organized Associate Account Executive who will deliver an exceptional experience to Pelotons commercial clients and third party retail partners. This position works closely with key owners and operators of hotels, corporate wellness facilities, multifamily residential, corporate office, approved dealer/resellers and third party retail partners. The Associate Account Executive will be a key stakeholder in managing our processes to align with our International Team. This is an opportunity to learn about another side of the Peloton business and the special steps we take to delight and retain our commercial partners.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Provide reactive and proactive account support to clients and partners that require service and general assistance following hardware purchases
Implement and own our Commercial ordering and support processes with our International Team
Coordinate troubleshooting, and general support across all lines of business with clients and third parties to drive desired outcomes
Support training and sales capabilities of 3rd party retail partners at store level in the UK.
Build Strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure the perfect execution of the international sales plan.
Update and maintain records of commercial client details for measuring individual and team performance, ensuring full resolution and follow up, and documenting team processes
Focus on achieving important Commercial Support key performance indicators such as first reply time, full resolution time, and CSAT among others
Proactively seek more effect processes/procedures to benefit that of the business and our customers
Manage communications with internal/external customers to inform them of order statuses
Ensure GDPR compliance
Attend and contribute collaboratively to regularly scheduled and special team meetings

1-2 Year(s) in a customer support or sales role with proven consistent success
Self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
An awesome communicator and partner, capable of working across the commercial team to analyse and solve problems
Ability to maintain multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and small, agile teams
A versatile professional who enjoys varied work across numerous ticket types
Knowledge of Google applications and Salesforce lighting is an advantage
German language is advantageous but not essential
