Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is Santander's global division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs. Client Services is the day-to-day operations of the company's business units and aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract ,where you'll create and deliver all onboarding programs and materials, whilst leveraging client feedback to improve the onboarding process collaborating with leadership teams across departments.   • Managing the portfolio of onboarding sessions from start to finish and the overall customer onboarding processes
  • Reviewing workflows and procedures to provide optimum client experience and appreciation of regulatory, compliance and risk environment
  • Providing recommendations for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents
  • Tracking and maintaining all projects and documentation
  • Serving as the client's project manager and liaison, internally during the onboarding process and special ongoing projects
  • Leveraging the client feedback to improve the onboarding process whilst collaborating with leadership teams across departments

    Previous experience in securities, financial services in either a client-facing or project management roles
  • Good understanding of financial Markets and Funds
  • Experience of managing client onboarding, offboarding
  • It would also be nice for you to have:
  • Analytic, problem solving and project management abilities
  • Additional Languages - French, German, Spanish, Italian
  • Must be a highly motivated candidate with the ability to work independently and in a highly fluid environment

    This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.
