Full Job Description
This is a full time permanent position working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You must be based within commuting distance of our Burntwood or London office to attend meetings when required., Working closely with our Associate Managers your role will be to ensure that contracting requirements are met across the Associate business within our Awarding Organisation. You will support HR, Manager and the legal team with the update and review of contracting documents, ensuring correct contracts are sent and in a timely manner. As part of individual continuous improvement you will document new processes and templates as part of new ways of working whilst working with HR and Legal to understand changing legislation which could impact the Associate Management team.
You'll play a key role in system management, setting up associates on appropriate systems and following the process for the starters, movers or leavers. You will also set up and maintain all master data for Associates across the relevant platforms for example SAP, EPA Pro and the Associate Resource Hub producing regular reports as well as ad hoc reports when required.
This is an opportunity to work with various stakeholders across the Associate Management team, ensuring documents and systems are kept up to date as well as processes being followed and responding to queries. Applicants will need to have an excellent knowledge of Excel and MS applications to include data analysis, manipulating data and formulas, as well as a good eye for detail and good communications skills to work with multiple stakeholders., We are looking for candidates that have excellent excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and work with other MS applications. Candidates applying will need a keen eye for detail, a methodical and logical approach as well as the ability to escalate any issue when needed quickly and concisely.
This role would suit a critical thinker who is a natural problem solver that has a proven record of working collaboratively and has a desire to learn and develop their skills.
