If so, we're looking for a Digital Capability Manager to join our team and play a key role in recruiting and building the talent that will power a once in a generation transformation of products and services at DWP Digital. As a Digital Capability Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering recruitment service. You'll lead permanent recruitment campaigns from start to end. From planning to coordination, you'll make sure we meet our resourcing needs efficiently and with high standards. Do you possess the following skills:

  • Oversee and manage all logistics and administration throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support recruitment goals.
  • Ensure high quality and consistency across every stage of recruitment, including advert content, responding to queries, and meeting performance metrics such as "time to hire."
  • Provide support to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate records with a clear audit trail, ensuring compliance with governance, policies, and GDPR principles.
