Full Job Description

  • Review and provide commentary on contract wordings (Insurer and bespoke)
  • Recommend improvements and amendments to contract Wordings
  • Provide comparisons between differing contract Wordings
  • Resolve contract Wordings queries from Clients, Insurers and the WTW Network
  • Draft Property and Business Interruption contract Wordings and Endorsements
  • Knowledge of other classes of insurance contract wordings would be ideal
  • Knowledge of global/multinational placements
  • Assist with the negotiation of contract wordings with insurers
  • Provide technical advice to sales/client team and network on Wordings related matters
  • Review of Market Reform Contracts (Slip/MRC's) prior to market submission, as and when required
  • Monitor and prioritise own work
  • Maintain electronic wordings files
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with Insurer contacts.
  • Draft and/or present training material (as and where required)

  • Experience: At least 10 years in drafting and negotiating contract wordings
