----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------, As Associate Director of Nursing and Patient Experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping our clinical quality agenda, leading innovation and improvement initiatives, and ensuring our services are free from stigma, discrimination, and harm. With a focus on patient-centred care, you'll work collaboratively with senior colleagues to develop and implement best practice guidance, drive workforce development, and promote a culture of support and trust., The Associate Director of Nursing and Patient Experience has a cross divisional responsibility on behalf of the Divisional Director Secure Care and Chief Nurse to ensure development and delivery of nursing practice across the Secure Care Division is of the highest quality.
The post holder will be identified as the person responsible for supporting the nursing contribution to clinical quality agenda at a senior level. They will take the lead on clinical performance improvement in relation to the practice of nurses and improve compliance with relevant care standards across the Division. The post holder will also be responsible for providing professional leadership, support and advice to senior nurses across the Division and offer leadership to the Allied Health Professional staff group., The post holders' principal responsibilities fall into the following domains:

We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive excellence in nursing practice and patient experience across our Secure Care Division., Candidates must have extensive experience of working in High Secure environments, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of providing high-quality care in these settings. A proven track record of delivering excellence in nursing practice and patient experience in High Secure services; as well as a strong understanding of the clinical and operational requirements of Secure services, including infection control, medicines management, etc.
