Full Job Description

We specialise in the provision of UK wide community nursing and hospice care, both inpatient and outpatient, whilst providing information and support on all aspects of terminal illness, dying, death, and bereavement.

Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness, they're likely to die from.

We're looking for an inspiring leader to join us as our Associate Director of Nursing & Quality, where you'll play a key part in driving Marie Curie's mission and ensuring the highest standards of care across all our services. Working alongside the Associate Director of Nursing & Clinical Practice, and the Associate Director of Nursing & Patient Safety/Experience you will support the strategic delivery of the Chief Nursing Officer portfolio. Collaborating across internal UK wide teams and external partners and networks, you'll be central to delivering our quality, regulatory and clinical governance strategies.

In this role, you'll lead on everything from regulatory compliance and clinical audits to quality improvement initiatives. You'll develop and oversee our organisation-wide Quality Strategy, ensuring best practices are shared and celebrated, and that our services consistently meet - and exceed - standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, forward-thinking nursing leader who's passionate about delivering top-quality care and driving continuous improvement. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our services, ensuring we're ready for the challenges ahead while maintaining our commitment to patient safety and excellence.
