Associate Director of Operations

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint an outstanding leader to take on the role of an Associate Director of Operations

We are seeking experienced individual who can bring passion, innovation and enthusiasm to the role of Associate Director of Operations, this key leadership role forms part of our senior management team responsible for the strategic direction and operational delivery of their respective clinical care groups., The successful post holder will be responsible for leadership and management across the trust. You will provide strong leadership and overall strategic direction to ensure the care we provide to our patients is at the heart of all we do

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
