Due to retirement we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Pharmacy team to lead our aseptics cancer service., You will be responsible for the leadership, operational management and strategic development of cancer aseptic pharmacy services across UHBW.

Working in collaboration with the Associate Director of Pharmacy - Cancer Clinical Services to provide direction and management of UHBW cancer pharmacy Services.

Support the timely implementation of NICE Technology Appraisals and ensure procurement of medicines is adopting the most cost effective approach aligning to NHSE Contracts and Standardisation., children, young people and vulnerable adults. The Pharmacy department has large well established clinical teams, working in some areas to a consultant level.

You will lead a team of over 50 highly motivated pharmacy staff, passionate about technical services providing the best care for our patients within this iQAAPs low risk rated unit. As an Associate Director of Pharmacy, you will be part of the Pharmacy Leadership Team helping to shape and take forwards our strategic agenda for Medicines Optimisation and advanced clinical practice.
