Our values are about us being Proud to CARE. Along with credibility and compassion, you will understand the importance of living our values. Our patients and colleagues are at the heart of all we do and we're very proud of our most recent staff survey results where we were rated among the top acute Trusts in the country with 72% of colleagues recommending #TeamCRH as a place to work and 73% telling us they would be happy with the standard of care should a friend or relative need it.
A resilient and experienced leader, you will be passionate and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes with the skills, enthusiasm, and aspiration to make a difference. You will bring excellent communication and engagement skills to build and influence relationships with internal and external stakeholders across local and regional partners.

We are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive culture, where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Therefore, we particularly welcome applications from people who are currently underrepresented in our senior leadership team. These include people from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. This year we launched our anti-racism strategy, and our approach is based on real action.
We prioritise health and wellbeing and have a free purpose-built fully accessible Hub on-site, supporting colleagues with 24/7 gym, classes, and access to psychological support., If you're looking for flexible or predictable working arrangements, please speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate this.
