Full Job Description

Our Oldham care hub provides a range of primary and secondary care community and inpatient mental health services for adults and older people for people in Oldham. We also work in partnership with a range of other organisations in the development of the Living Life Well mental health service and delivery of services.

In line with our new leadership model, the Associate Director will work as part of a triumvirate within the Oldham care hub alongside the Head of Quality and Clinical Director in order to provide effective leadership. We are looking to appoint an extraordinary, experienced candidate to the position of Associate Director of Operations for Oldham. The post holder will work as part of a triumvirate in their care hub in collaboration with our medical and quality colleagues delivering services that are clinically led, operationally partnered, and academically informed.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering operational performance objectives, enhancing the quality of services provided and ensuring financial objectives are met within their care hub.

Reporting to the Network Director of Operations, the post holder will play a key role in shaping the delivery of services in the care hub, working within the direction set by the Network Quadrumvirate. You will also lead programmes of work including working at place level and with Primary Care Networks to improve population health. You will be a natural collaborator, engaging and persuasive and you will understand how to work well with complex environments and political agendas.

If you are looking for your next developmental opportunity, have strong leadership and management expertise obtained from any professional background and you are highly motivated and a compassionate system leader then we would like to hear from you.
