Associate Director Pricing Offerings (Pharma)

Role Purpose: Associate Director - Pricing Offerings This role is responsible for the delivery and offering management for IQVIA's Pricing Offerings - Pharma Pricing & Reimbursement and Pricing Insights. IQVIA Pharma Pricing and Reimbursement suite of offerings draws on decades of experience in the market access space to bring in-depth, timely coverage of global pricing and reimbursement trends and developments across 31 countries. Pricing Insights is the IQVIA international drug pricing database used by Government Agencies, Wholesalers and Pricing & Market Access teams in Pharma companies. It offers pricing trends and key changes across 40 countries around the world. It combines competitor intelligence, pricing and trends to help define pricing strategy and to aid decision making in pharma operations As a Pricing and Market Access subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with a broad network of internal and external specialists and will be leading the on-going content quality management of IQVIA's pricing offerings and client engagement.,

• Overall accountability for the delivery and quality of IQVIA's Pricing Offerings. Managing a team of in-house Pricing Specialist in addition to dotted line responsibilities of a number of experienced contractors and data experts, oversee product roadmap, development, pricing, and support GTM approach
• Be the key subject matter expert in order to enrich our content as well as to support on commercial, business development and/or account management engagements
• Focus on delivering the highest value for IQVIA's Pricing Offerings customers in the intersection of Business Strategy, Product Development and User Experience
• Proactively engage with the team members, across direct line and dotted line of reporting, and bring the best of their performance by:
• Effective and result-oriented goals and managing performance
• Mentoring, coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
• Proactively scope, lead and successfully complete content development projects by:
• Prioritizing, scoping and driving content improvement/enhancement projects
• Contributing to the content identification and requirements and the content creation as well as supporting the QC of the content prior to publication.
• Work in collaboration with the technical team to design and plan editorial processes and tools to maximize the delivery and quality
  
  Bachelors degree, preferably in Life Sciences
• 10 years working in pricing and market access with in-depth knowledge of pricing and reimbursement and broader market access issues for the key healthcare markets
• Extensive experience in managing and leading teams
• Ability to create strong working relationships across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive projects in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive experience speaking and presenting to both clients and internal senior stakeholders
• Business understanding/Commercial acumen
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding or previous use of GMI data assets and publications (MIDAS, Pricing Insights, Pharma Pricing & Reimbursement) an advantage
