Full Job Description

The Distribution Platforms Product team works very closely with MSS Sales, Research, and Technology, to define the product offering on Evolve and other key platforms, through collaboration with clients and key stakeholders, both internal and external. This involves the strategic future direction as well as day-to-day prioritisation of delivery throughout the design, development, testing and implementation processes. Post implementation, Product Owners liaise with Clients, Sales and eClient Services for feedback., Work with GM Sales, Research, technology, business stakeholders and clients to define and deliver a vision and strategy for HSBC Evolve.
- Define the product roadmap and objectives to establish a strategic and scalable approach which adds value to sales, clients and MSS.
- Working directly with IT delivery pods to continuously deliver product enhancements.
- Refine product requirements and establish the offering through user feedback, awareness of best-practice and outreach to other products and data consumers
- Accuracy rates of revenue allocation and attribution.
- Delivery of key programme milestones on target.
- Reduction and improvements in platform architecture through reduced cost and improved production stability.
- Clear communication with stakeholders globally on the business goal and technology deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with senior stakeholders, our global user base, governance and control functions and other product and IT groups.
- Assess relative impacts of competing priorities, and own a delivery roadmap that maximises benefits whilst satisfying diverse stakeholders.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients and Sales to get regular feedback.

Demonstrate high energy; be proactive, extremely positive and have a 'driver and achiever' mentality.
- Experience in defining and delivering strategic change to people, platform and process, relating to data management.
- Experience in influencing and guiding teams to ensure strategic objectives are met and prioritisation is done correctly.
- Solid understanding of data, analytics and AI methods (including Machine Learning, Large Language Models and NLP), and a track record of working in this field to deliver measurable business value.
- Some techincal background is desirable, with a strong understanding of data architecture, databases and related technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise multiple, potentially opposing requests for deliveries, while ensuring integrity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of releases.
- A proven ability to create and maintain strong relationships will stakeholders is essential.
- A team player who is able to collaborate across different functions and countries, and manage development teams remotely.
