Associate Director (Quantity Surveying

This role offers a great opportunity to develop as an Associate Director (Quantity Surveying), and assist with wider business operations such as providing input on business strategy, representing the organisation at various networking events and leading major client meetings etc.

In addition, the Associate Director (Quantity Surveying) will be responsible for the following:

• Providing general Cost Management services from inception to completion


• Cost planning


• Cost management


• Value engineering


• Tender analysis


• Financial reporting


• Completing valuations


• Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
  
  Demonstrate a history of leading, managing, and overseeing projects


• Prior Consultancy experience


• Build and maintain client relationships


• Have prior experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors


• Provide support and mentorship


• RICS Chartered or at least working towards
