Full Job Description

As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral part within the Cost Management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business., As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives

  • Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships

  • Manage large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead

  • Mentoring and coaching the internal Cost Management team to evolve and develop the existing team

  • Any adhoc duties as required
