Full Job Description

The overall main purpose of the role is:

  • Assisting with training, workplace pastoral support and assessment of support workers.

  • Assisting with the planning, delivery and evaluation of support worker training.

  • Facilitating specified training sessions supporting individual and group-based learning.

  • Acting as a 'Champion' for support staff and as a role model for excellent patient care., 1. Support and contribute to the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training programmes for support worker learners.

  • 2. Assist with induction and Introduction of learners to their relevant programme.
    3. Responsible for safe and efficient personal use of training equipment and consumables.
    4. Assessing, advising and supporting learners in their places of work.
    5.
