This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a diverse range of HR activities and contribute to our overall HR strategy., As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner and management teams to provide expert HR guidance, support, and coaching. You will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective HR solutions that align with our strategic goals and enhance our organisational capabilities., Provide comprehensive HR support, driving HR initiatives and contributing to the overall HR strategy.
Collaborate with managers and employees on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company values.
Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting continuous professional development.
Support the design and delivery of people-related change projects, including organisational design, cultural changes, and adjustments to terms and conditions.
Build and maintain trustful relationships with various departments to drive employee retention and engagement.

Strong generalist HR experience.
Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent organisational and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint for project planning.
Desire to develop into an HR Business Partner role.
