Full Job Description

As an Associate HR Business Partner , you will be working as part of a dynamic and effective team partnering the business offering support, guidance and coaching to managers and leaders. The Norse Group offers a broad range of services, including facilities management, property services and specialist care facilities.   • Build and maintain effective HR business partnering relationships across a set portfolio.
  • Working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner to support change management programmes including the development of consultant documents and supporting consultation meetings.
  • To take a key role in supporting projects to assist with the delivery of the HR strategy.
  • Coach, guide and influence a range of stakeholders to get improved outcomes across the business
  • Work in line with agreed SLAs to deliver an excellent service to your business areas
  • Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment This is a particularly exciting time to join the team as we are embarking on a period of transformational change, with Norse Groups values at the centre.

    A demonstrable knowledge and application of employment procedure, practice and law, particularly in reference to change.
  • Experience of operating within a large, complex organisation including strategy development and implementation
  • Understanding of TUPE legislative requirements.
  • Proven experience providing high quality advice and support to managers and employees on a broad range of HR policies and procedures
  • An ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet key SLA's
  • Articulate communication style, with the ability to engage confidentially with all levels across the business and deliver complex communications transparently and effectively
  • An ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider aims and strategies
  • A Level 5 CIPD qualified or be part-qualified
  • An understanding of HR functions and systems
  • A full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve some travel

    This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
