Full Job Description

Work as part of a multidisciplinary squad creating new features/improvements as set out by our roadmap Create clear, actionable content based on user need to NHS Service Manual standards Work with 111 online and NHS Pathways clinicians to ensure the triage is appropriate for unassisted, online users, including mediawhere appropriate Be responsible for checking and updating content for new Pathways algorithm releases (4x per year) for 111 onlineWork closely with interaction designers and user researchers to design user journeys and flows based on user insight Iterate live content based on user feedback and data insight Attend and present crits within the design squad Advocate for user-focused content with internal and external stakeholdersQuality assure content throughout production to release, NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
