Our unique selling proposition is technology expertise and delivery As an Associate IT Consultant, you will work in an international environment, closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and collaborate with BCG case team members across our European region to transform client potential into performance with high-impact assignments. You'll provide support for the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments. You'll prepare IT-related project content such as the analysis and optimization of IT processes and IT value chains. You'll be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data.

  • You will graduate in 2025 with a either a Degree (Minimum grade 2:1) or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline, and are seeking a job starting in September 2025.
  • You possess strong IT skills and have ideally gained practical experience through internships or as a working student in software development, IT project management, or IT service processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • You are flexible, curious, and creative, open to new experiences, and capable of proposing innovative ideas.
  • Driven with excellent communication capabilities, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive, and a team player.
  • Willingness to travel (abroad) and work on client sites.
