Full Job Description

The University for the Creative Arts (UCA) is looking to appoint highly motivated Associate Lecturers in Film and Screen Studies for the BA Film & Screen Studies and BA Film Production courses at our Farnham campus.

Central to the Associate Lecturing role is planning and delivering innovative and dynamic teaching, but postholders will also undertake assessment and will be involved in quality assurance processes.
You will have a master's degree in an appropriate subject preferably with a PgCert teaching qualification or the equivalent. Experience of teaching at university level is also desirable.
In particular, we seek expressions of interest from candidates with the following areas of knowledge:
History of Film: Industry and Technology
National Industries and Local Filmmaking
Researching Non-Fiction
Storytelling & Representation
Television Studies
Screen Theory
