Full Job Description

You will be part of the senior medical management team to support the Medical Director and demonstrate visible senior clinical leadership. You will oversee, support and develop the medical and wider clinical workforce and service Clinical Directors., our flexible working policy. For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK. You will be an experienced practising Consultant with excellent standards of clinical practice and competence. Being dynamic and progressive you will have proven skills of engaging and mobilising people across professional groups in large scale change.
