The People Team…

The People Team are based across several locations in the UK, US and Asia, working both onsite with Agencies and remotely. We are a professional, close-knit team, comprising of 20+ specialists in Strategic HR, Resourcing, L&D, People Services, Comms, Reward & Benefits and People Analytics.
The role…
This is an extremely varied and multi-faceted role and would suit someone used to operating in a similar role or someone ready to take the next step up. What will I be doing?
Working closely with the strategic Senior People Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical support across several businesses based throughout London / Midlands / Bournemouth. You will deliver against several different work streams including HR project work, organisational development, employee relations, succession planning and talent, and providing generalist HR advice.
You will assist the Senior People Partner to develop and implement strategic People Plans that are aligned to business objectives and develop strong relationships, building credibility and trust with your stakeholders. You will also coach and support stakeholders on people development activities and identify learning and development opportunities to inform the wider learning strategy.
Our People Services Team will be a close partner as you collaborate with them to ensure people management policies and processes are fit for purpose, providing seamless support to the businesses.

  • Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or working towards CIPD qualification (or equivalent) with equivalent level of knowledge and experience.

  • Experience of working across multiple locations / multiple businesses.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and cases across several different businesses

  • Skilled negotiation and influencing skills, able to challenge effectively.

  • Track record in building credible and trusted relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Be able to unpick ambiguity and able to form action plans by asking the right questions and understanding end goals

  • Experience of managing employee relations cases end to end, change management, and performance management.

  • Good working knowledge of Employment Law

  • Ability to communicate complex HR issues effectively to a range of groups and individuals verbally and in writing.

  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and integrity

  • Able to travel, with potential overnight stays, to other locations, Disability Confident
