Associate Planner

As an Associate Town Planner, you'll bring your expertise to lead large-scale projects and help shape major developments across various sectors. You'll also be responsible for winning and maintaining new business, helping the consultancy continue its success and expansion.,

• Lead and manage planning projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Win new business by building strong client relationships and expanding the company's portfolio.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and policies.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and related documentation.
• Mentor and support junior planners, helping to develop the next generation of planning professionals.
• Stay up-to-date with UK planning legislation and policy changes, ensuring projects align with current guidelines.
  
  Chartered Member of the RTPI (essential).
• 5+ years of experience in a similar planning role, ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Proven experience in winning and maintaining new business.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering successful outcomes.
