Full Job Description
We are now looking for an Associate Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team, as part of our team you will have a daily impact in the wider business and shaping our world. In this key role, you will assist the Recruitment Manager and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure effective recruitment delivery while adhering to legal compliance. We're dedicated to maintaining a positive and inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process and as part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every candidate feels valued from their first interaction with us through to their final decision. What you'll do:
- Take robust briefs from Hiring Managers to fully understand recruitment requirements and engage with these stakeholders to determine deadlines to meet the resource plan.
- Utilise direct sourcing tools, including job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to attract and recruit suitable candidates.
- Screen CVs according to agreed criteria; approve, hold or reject candidates as appropriate and then coordinate with the Recruitment Associate team for arranging interviews or assessment centres when needed.
- Evaluate candidates' suitability for roles through questioning/telephone interviewing against provided briefs.
- Coordinate feedback to candidates and third parties while managing the process up until offer or rejection stage alongside Hiring Managers.
- Maintain updates at all stages of the recruitment process for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Provide support on projects assigned by the Recruitment Manager or Head of Recruitment.
Experience within a recruitment role either in house or agency. - Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment developments e.g. social networking and Employment Law.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media tools for recruitment purposes and demonstrate strong commitment towards positive candidate experience.
