Associate Specialist

As an Associate Specialist, you will provide comprehensive medical support across the service, including clinical assessment, review, and evaluation of patients. You will focus on physical health, food and fluids, and risk management, working closely with the ward manager, consultant, and the wider multidisciplinary team. The role involves regular multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure care and treatment are adequately planned. You will also contribute to the service development by participating in clinical governance activities, such as audits, research, and teaching.
